New creation barbershop

I charge the full price of service picked for no shows and cancelations less than 12 hours before appointment there's a 5 minute grace period for being late but it will affect the haircuts outcome and after that its considered a no show as I cant accomplish the desired cut in time before the next appointment. Calling and leaving a message or email after the 12 hour cut off does not excempt you from the charge as I can not get to the phone or email while cutting hair all day and my days are usually filled so its a constant cutting effort. Please understand my position before booking.
